Domestic Shipping
At this time, we only offer domestic shipping within the USA. Shipping begins at $5 per order and is adjusted from there based on weight of the order. All orders over $100 ship free!
returns & exchanges
Due to the nature of our business model where we order your items individually, we do not offer refunds or exchanges except for the following reasons:
The size you received is not the size you ordered. If the tag on your item lists the incorrect size, a refund or a replacement will be offered. For replacement, buyer is responsible for shipping back to me, but I will cover shipping of the new item! The item must return to me in the condition it was sent - no stains, unworn, and unwashed.
The item you ordered is not the item you got.
damaged or faulty goods
All items are viewed personally before being packaged up and sent. Items should not arrive to you damaged, but in rare cases where that may happen, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will either offer a refund or an exchange for a new item.
*Please keep in mind that we are not responsible for damage to the package while in transit. If your item is damaged while in possession of UPS, USPS, or FedEx, due to mishandling, we cannot offer a refund or an exchange. You will have to file a complaint with the shipper.
